Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of terratalesmedia.world, mimir.terratalesmedia.world (“Mimir”), akashic.terratalesmedia.world and other websites and services of Terratales Media Entertainment Private Limited (“Terratales”, “we”, “us”), together the “Services”. By using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are

2. Using the Services
- You must be at least 18, or use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You agree to use the Services lawfully, and not to disrupt them, access them by automated means at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use them to infringe anyone’s rights.
- We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Services at any time.
3. Accounts
Some features, such as Mimir accounts, reviews and watch-alongs, need an account. Keep your login details secure and tell us at once about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post, such as reviews, lists and comments. You give Terratales a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of the Services for as long as it remains on them. Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, infringing, or that reveals another person’s private information. We may remove content that breaks these terms, and you can report content to us.
5. Submissions and pitches
When you send us a story, script, music or other work, you confirm you have the right to share it. We receive many ideas, some of which may resemble work we are already developing. Unless we sign a written agreement with you, sending us material does not create a partnership, an obligation to keep it confidential or a right to payment, but we will never knowingly use your original work without agreement.
6. Our content and marks
The Services, including text, designs, logos, the names Terratales, Mimir and the Akashic Records, software and our original works, belong to Terratales or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share links to them for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission. Third-party names, covers, images and trademarks shown on Mimir belong to their owners and are shown to identify their works.
7. Information on Mimir
Mimir’s facts, tags, scores, lengths, parents’ guides and recommendations come from open data and editorial readings, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are provided for discovery only. “Where to watch” and store links go to third-party services; we do not guarantee availability, price or quality, and your dealings with those services are governed by their terms.
8. Links and third parties
The Services link to and embed content from third parties, such as YouTube, Amazon and streaming services. We are not responsible for their content, products or policies.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terratales is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to INR 5,000 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Terratales for claims and losses arising from your breach of these terms or your content, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. Please contact us first; most concerns can be resolved quickly.
13. Grievances
In line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules, complaints about content or the Services can be sent to our Grievance Officer at grievance@terratalesmedia.world or by post to the registered office above. We acknowledge complaints within the time required by law.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
